Au Naturale Bella

Lately, I have been on an au naturale kick. After discovering apple cider vinegar as a toner, which has done miracles for my skin, I've been scouring for anything else I can use. Thank you Pinterest! I decided to put a few I've found to the test and capture whether or not it works, benefits, and how long it takes to show improvement.

Take a cotton swab, dip it in a cap full of hydrogen peroxide and scrub on teeth. Leave on for 30 seconds and then brush teeth. Do for a week straight in the morning and before bed. See amazing white teeth results!

Add some baking powder to a mushed up strawberry to create an all-natural berry paste that instantly brightens teeth. Leave on for five minutes and the malic acid should fix any surface discoloration, say some dentists.

Make your skin glow with an easy home remedy in 5 min. here’s the recipe: 3 TBSP baking soda 1 TBSP water mix together well. apply to face in circular motion. let sit for five minutes. rinse off with warm water. say hello to healthy, glowing skin! Do this once a week :)

1 tomato,1/2C cold water, Juice of 1/2 lemon, 1T orangejuice, 1 package flavorless gelatin - Heat juice, gelatin, and water in sauce pan til gelatin is dissolved. Puree, strain, and add tomato. Stir, fridge 30 min, remove, mix, apply, wait 30 min, remove, rinse face!

Before and after! Vaseline used to help grow longer, fuller lashes! Take a q-tip and rub some on your lashes before bed!... Really?!

Baking Soda Cleansing

1 quart boiling water
1/4 c. baking soda

Add the soda to the water and mix or shake until dissolved. Cool prior to use. Apply liberally to hair and scalp, shaking first if necessary. Massage into scalp and hair then rinse well.

Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. aloe vera gel
1 T. honey
8 drops peppermint oil
8 drops tea tree oil

Combine all and shake well. After cleansing, squirt all over scalp and hair. Allow it to sit for a few minutes and enjoy the tingle. Rinse well. (You may use more to combat the harsh apple cider vinegar scent if you'd like. Smell your concoction, it should be somewhat pleasingly minty, but will still have a slight vinegar undertone.)

Leave-in Hair Growth Treatment: 2 bags - Camomile tea (make sure it's 100% camomile) 1/2 tbs - Dry Rosemary leaves 5 tsp - Lemon juice (from the bottle or the real thing) 1 cup - water (Just a side note, chamomile and lemon juice will subtly lighten hair - especially if exposed to heat or sun.)

I have my shopping list together and I'm really excited to try these. Have you tried any natural beauty products and how did it work out for you? Can't wait to show you the results!

Have A Fabulous Day Gorgeous!!!!
